<p>Abrahams stammt aus einer Künstlerfamilie. Sein Vater Martin ist Maler. Sein Großonkel war der Schauspieler <a href="Mack_Gray" title="Mack Gray">Mack Gray</a>.
</p><p>Abrahams hatte sein Filmdebüt 1995 in <i><a href="Kids_(Film)" title="Kids (Film)">Kids</a></i>. Es folgten Rollen in erfolgreichen <a href="Spielfilm" title="Spielfilm">Spielfilmen</a> wie <i><a href="The_Faculty" title="The Faculty">The Faculty</a></i> und <i><a href="Scary_Movie" title="Scary Movie">Scary Movie</a></i>.
